- Repin & Re-Hang the Floor Insulation — 1 jobThe fallen floor insulation is pinned back up and re-hung in the joist bays across the crawl space so it sits where it belongs — the existing insulation only.
- Mortar the Loose Brick — 1 jobThe loose brick in the foundation wall is pointed up and mortared back into the wall so the opening is closed and the wall is sound.
Scope: supply and install an AprilAire E100 dehumidifier with its condensation pump; install a dedicated GFI outlet on its own breaker to power it, by a licensed electrician, including the electrical permit and inspection; re-pin and re-hang the fallen floor insulation across the crawl space (the existing insulation only); and point up and mortar the loose brick in the foundation wall.
Notes: the work is in the crawl space and nothing comes up through your floors. Jobsite will be left clean once completed. Contractor is not responsible for damage caused inside the home while working in the crawl space.
Warranty: 12 months workmanship on the work performed; 5 years on the dehumidifier.
Not included: any clean-out or debris removal; any new insulation (the batts are customer-supplied); vapor barrier or encapsulation work; drainage, sump or exterior waterproofing; structural repair (beam, piers, joists, subfloor); mold or fungus treatment; sealing the crawl space vents; crawl space doors; any work not listed in the scope above.
